The job is based in the company's HQ in Sana'a
The position holder will have the responsibility to perform technical support and manage networks inside the company, and on site in clients' locations.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Installation, configuration & troubleshooting Servers and storages.
• Installation, configuration & troubleshooting Windows Server (2003/2008/2012).
• Installation, configuration & troubleshooting Kaspersky antivirus.
• installing and configuring windows virtualization in medium to large environment.
. strong knowledge in SAN storage , Blade server .
. Well known knowledge in data center design




Required Qualifications:


• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology or networking.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft products (MCSE / MCITP).
• Excellent knowledge of HP & Cisco Servers and storage ( server+).
• Excellent English skills.
• Ability to multitask to meet deadlines.
• Good communications skills and interpersonal skills.
. Working or knowledge of Virtualization environments.

Preferred:



• Working experience in technical support.
